Al-Fiqh Al-Hanbali
This course explores the foundational rulings and principles related to family life according to the Hanbali school of jurisprudence. Students will study important topics connected to marriage, family relationships, rights, responsibilities, and contemporary family issues through a structured and practical approach rooted in classical fiqh.
The class aims to provide students with a deeper understanding of how Islamic family law functions while highlighting the wisdom, ethics, and objectives behind these rulings. Lessons will include discussion of real-life applications and relevant modern considerations while remaining grounded in traditional scholarship.
Bundle Offering
These two courses are offered as a combined bundle for students seeking both deep legal understanding and the methodology behind it. Classes will be held in person with an online option available.
