Arabic 302: Advanced Nahw and Sarf

This advanced-level course is designed for students who have completed Arabic 301 (First Half) and are ready to deepen their mastery of Nahw (syntax) and Sarf (morphology). Building on previous knowledge, students will tackle complex grammatical structures, uncommon verb forms, and advanced patterns of derivation and sentence analysis.

Using Madinah Book 3 as a core text, this course will guide students through rich and challenging lessons that introduce advanced vocabulary, complex sentence constructions, and real-world application of grammar rules. Through carefully structured readings and exercises, students will learn to navigate longer passages with fluency, preparing them to engage with Islamic texts, scholarly writings, and Qur’anic verses at a much deeper level.

This course is for students who’ve completed Arabic 301. If new to the Program, testing in may be an option. Please reach out to our team.
